As a former commercial director of a furniture factory and a company working with projects, it has always been unpleasant for me to spend a lot of time on the daily routine: catalog requests, price list requests, forming the body of the project, forming cost requests, preparing proformas, preparing packing lists, preparing client invoices.... I was so fed up with it that I decided to create my own set of tools to get rid of these repetitive processes and free up my time for more important business development tasks.

I will describe one of the scenarios of working in Flameplace: imagine that you are a customer and you use our unique Project Configurator to create and fill your project. You add the rooms you need, and then, relying on your preferences or the recommendations of artificial intelligence, choose the interior items you need, using an extensive library of products from catalogs or stock, if you don't have the opportunity to wait for the production period.
The Office instantly provides you with a list of designer-partner brands involved in your project. Once a designer is selected, you work together to finalize the project and identify suppliers who can deliver everything you need.
The project is segmented by the brands whose products were used in it, and for each of the segments or for the whole project we can select a supplier from the list of confirmed partners of the brands used in the project. The supplier in turn requests proformas from manufacturers, and they only need to add prices for custom requests and add the supplier's working discount - a couple of clicks and the proforma with the packing list is ready.
The factory proforma is returned to the supplier and he generates a client invoice specifying the difference in the discount and adding associated costs - logistics, assembly, engineering....
