Greetings Flameplace users and guests!

In this article, I want to touch on the topic of the pains designers face in their daily work and how Flameplace solves them.

So, here we go...

I, like you, have been working on the furnishing of projects for a long time, and the first thing that always gives me pain is a non-standard request from a customer. Some unfamiliar style or interior zone that I haven't worked with yet, or it happens that you have already offered all your trusted manufacturers, tried all the proven ideas, and everything is wrong - the customer wants something else.

On the one hand it's super interesting, it's a reason to evolve and learn something new, but on the other hand this situation forces you to get out of your comfort zone and go looking for new and untested manufacturers, and if you are not engaged in trade and logistics operations, even suppliers. I don't know about you, but I don't like it very much - new people, unclear quality, unknown company...

And the most unpleasant thing is the endless inquiries! I'm sure you have encountered this many times - you write to them: "Send me catalogs, price lists and working conditions - I want to sell your products!". But instead of maximum assistance in the best case you get a week of waiting or, what just kills, redirection to some representative and the circle starts again (at one time this pain pushed me to create Flameplace).

Well, you get the materials and start trying to understand their .pdf catalogs, find everything you need and correlate it with the items in the price lists - tedious and unpleasant...

But we want it to be interesting and enjoyable and here's how Flameplace handles this situation:

◉ Go to the library of interior items uploaded by factories and showrooms, choose what we want to work with - catalogs or stock (maybe you have deadlines and need to complete quickly).

◉ Specify what we are looking for: country of production, if necessary, country, region, city of stock, and get your selection.

◉ Here with one click we request access to the catalog prices, if it is closed - without writing an autobiography and proving 100500 times that you are a designer, and not someone else.

◉ Directly from the card of the interior group we go to the page of the factory or supplier, look at the rating, read comments, study who they have in their partners and here we start to communicate with the employee via chat or get contacts and get in touch in the old-fashioned way via e-mail.

THAT'S IT! You see who is in front of you and they don't ask you questions about you as they also see your page with your rating, comments and partners.

Of course, in order to have fewer questions and more trust, you need to monitor your rating and add partners to your network - you may write all sorts of things on your page, you may even try to screw up your rating, but when you have reputable factories, designers and suppliers from all over the world as partners, it is the best advertisement of your company!

The issue with finding products, choosing a company, getting access to prices and forming an affiliate network is included in the FREE package and is always free.

So, we have found the products we need, we have established contact with the company, we have shown ourselves, we have received good conditions, and a new quest begins - paperwork.

When you need to complete a couple of rooms, it is not very stressful, but when you have a project for an apartment or a turnkey house, then it is necessary to prescribe from several dozen to several hundred positions, and, you know as well as I do, a lot of work, and any mistake is a BIG problem.

If you have your own trusted suppliers, you invite them to register and work with them without unnecessary routine, just inviting them to your projects....

In the first case, when you supply independently, you have a factory proforma, generate a customer invoice from it, receive payment from the customer, make payment to the factory by your own means, organize logistics, put the difference in your pocket - business works as always, but without wasting time on routine and with a clear understanding of who you do it with.

In the second case, the supply is handled by the supplier, but you understand what he is, you have no headaches, you have closed the risks to the maximum, you have received your commission, and all this is as comfortable as possible, without being distracted by the complexities of supply.

I would like to highlight that we do not participate in your transactions, we do not take commissions and we are not intermediaries in your work - all interactions take place directly with your counterparties. I could tell you about the possibility to publish your news and project portfolio, to subscribe to your partners' updates, about auto-translation of messages in the chat room, which is designed as a replacement for e-mail (it remembers everything and does not delete anything), but all this is secondary....

The main thing is that using FREE package, you get everything you need to make a deal, and using PRO package, you make a deal as easy as possible, without distracting yourself with routine. All you have to do is register and devote yourself to creativity, and leave the boring processes to the algorithms (they like it).
